KYEGEGWA — The Woman Member of Parliament for Kyegegwa District, Hon. Flavia Rwabuhoro Kabahenda has congratulated the people of Kyaka South upon attaining district status, a milestone expected to take effect by 2030.
Speaking during a press conference held at her home yesterday, Hon. Kabahenda expressed her joy and appreciation to the government for recognizing the steady development and administrative growth of the area. She emphasized that the new district will bring services closer to the people and accelerate socio-economic transformation.
This is a victory for the people of Kyaka South who have for long desired better access to government services. The creation of this district will enhance development, accountability, and participation in governance, Hon. Kabahenda said.
