Kawamara Mishac Applauds Massive Turnout in Rwenzori and Tooro During NRM Presidential Campaign

The Senior Presidential Advisor on Mobilization for the Rwenzori and Tooro sub-regions, Kawamara Mishac, has applauded the people of the two regions for their massive turnout during the recent presidential campaign of the NRM flag bearer, H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

The campaign tour covered several districts, starting from Kasese and moving through Bunyangabu, Bundibugyo, Ntoroko, Kitagwenda, Kabarole, Fort Portal City, Kamwenge, Kyegegwa, before concluding in Kyenjojo In all the districts visited, wananchi turned up in large numbers, showing strong support for the NRM leadership and its development agenda.

Kawamara commended the people for their unity, discipline, and commitment to national development, noting that the impressive attendance reflected continued trust in President Museveni’s leadership and vision for Uganda.

The overwhelming turnout across Rwenzori and Tooro is a clear sign that the people trust the leadership of H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni believes in his continued guidance for Uganda’s progress, Kawamara said.

He called upon citizens to once again turn up in large numbers on 15th January to vote for President Museveni, whom he described as the most experienced and capable leader to steer the country forward.

Kawamara also extended Christmas and New Year wishes to the people of Rwenzori and Tooro, urging them to celebrate responsibly. He cautioned the public against excessive alcohol consumption, violence, and disorder during the festive season, emphasizing the importance of peace, unity, and mutual respect as Uganda approaches the election period.
